My name is Jeff O’Hara and I am the founder of Edmodo – a social networking site for education. I am a former Linux & Network administrator for a School District in the Chicago suburbs.

I have been employed in the technology field since the fall of 1998. I am a huge advocate of Linux and open-source software and have been using these tools since 1997.

My hobbies include snowboarding, guitar, photography, and of course gadgets & technology.
